;_; is how I feel, but it's not like it's unfamiliar, having had to live through Reagan and Bush I and II. I've just resolved to myself to keep an eye out for all of the LGBT folk and women and POC and poor people (...and the list goes on) around me and work to keep us all safe as best I can, and wear my safety pin for at least the next 4 years. Many of us have had to live through this creepy, hostile, BS sort of environment before, and I have faith we'll live through it this time, as well. *big hugs* to you and hopes that things aren't too crazy where you are.
